What a great family of professionals, with value and service at its best. It is however unfortunate when I see a customer upset because employees did not have the red carpet rolled out for them or give them special treatment because they are spending 5-10K that day. THIS IS LITERALLY NO BIG DEAL! Masse Furniture is not a dollar store that you can drop $500 in and the staff will run around like your personal shopper and wipe your nose on demand. 5-10K spent in a furniture store of this calibre is probably close to an average spend after you factor in commercial clients.In any event, it appears that some customers believe they should be treated differently when they spend $1000 versus someone spending $100 - all reputable business treat clients the same no matter what amount they spend. In other words, when a complaint is made regarding a purchase and THE DOLLAR VALUE IS MENTIONED CONTINUALLY, THE CUSTOMER IS LOOKING FOR SPECIAL TREATMENT, which is beyond ignorant, as the price usually has NOTHING to do with the issue post-sale.Be smart people and please remember good retail service is when store employees are timely, attentive, and empathetic to a client and their issues. BAD SERVICE DOES NOT RESULT WHEN A CUSTOMER DOES NOT GET THE ANSWERS THEY EXPECTED OR WANTED.
Staff is awesome but plan to wait a long time for your furniture lol my couch was broke long before they got it so I have floor model but very happy non the less very very patient workers and friendly when I walked in they were willing to help unlike the first place I walked into who ignored me will go again when I can get new washer and dryer lol
Helpful staffs, good deals in store as well. Got some furniture and paid extra for delivery. It was delivered a few days later in good frame. Will shop there again.

Writing for someone else. After refurbishing her entire new home, spending over $7000 at this store, their loyalty to they're customers is horrible. She ordered a coffee table in early Feb, should arrive in 6 weeks. 9 weeks later, without any phone calls or apologies it finally arrives...with multiple scratches to the legs and a gauge to the counter top. Delivery guys(who were great) took pictures to show the owner and manager. Never heard back for a month after multiple calls to the store. Finally, the manager calls to say he will be coming in a week to have a look. He comes for 15 mins, takes pictures(he never bothered to look at previous pics) and says he will order a new table.Don't hear anything for weeks. She finally calls and is told the new table came scratched and they had to order another table. They couldn't be bothered to call her and tell about the delay. The table arrives at the store in mid August. They put it together and ask her to come down to the store to see new table. They replaced the legs but not the damaged counter top! With obvious frustration she asked for her money back. The owner(Roger) not only refused to make eye contact, but refused to return her money! After spending $7000+!!! at his store, that's how he treated a loyal customer. I am writing this on August 17. The table was ordered in early February. Let that sink in...She's still is waiting on her table...should arrive in 2-3 weeks. We're not holding our breath. WILL NEVER SPEND A DIME THERE AGAIN**UPDATE** Table arrived Oct 5. Seven weeks later....
