We were travelling from visiting Nova Scotia and thought very foolishly we could make it home to Scarborough. Our first stop upon entering Ontario was to find a hotel as we were tired. We googled hotels and came across the Best Western. I was so surprised and amazed at the beautiful decor and warm feel of the hotel. We arrived late and were offered the upgraded executive rooms at a discount. The room is stunning, clean and had all the practical amenities. Too bad our stay was so short. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of items. I love hotels that have character and elegance. Truly a 5**** all the way!The staff too were exceptional! Would definitely return again! ThanksRose
The best value money can buy. Excellent breakfast - way beyond the normal hotel "Freebie"breakfast. Staff are welcoming and nice. This property has something good going on with staff and service. You feel it with each and every encounter.Location is excellent. Rooms was big and clean.When we asked for a microwave it was delivered to our room in minutes. The breakfast service was by far the best we've every had.
Had a very comfortable stay. Staff were all very friendly. My room was spacious and clean; the bed exceeded expectations. The breakfast buffet was a nice surprise. It had more variety and was of better quality than I expected compared to those at other hotels I have visited. I would happily stay here again. The only thing I would have liked is an indoor pool.
Pet friendly. Double doored rooms for quietness. Firm mattresses. Full pillows. Very decent full hot cold breakfast. Lots free parking. Nice LG flat screens. Sports bar downstairs. Only complaint is the supper food in the restaurant. Very average at best.
This is a nice place to stay and not far off the 401. Quiet, clean and well-maintained by a competent and friendly staff. Those who do not wish to leave to go find a place to eat (and drink) will appreciate the lounge/restaurant which is very comfortable with a menu that will satisfy most. Alcohol is served and one can eat in a nice dining room with cozy seating. If you do not wish to leave your room, there is even room service.For those who only partake of the breakfast, you too will be satisfied with the variety of offerings served in a pleasant setting.
