Please do not attempt to buy ticket here and do not go with this company for your money, time and peaceful mentality. My flight to destination was cancelled due to bad weather which I could understand, but the problem was.. they didn't refund my return flight tickets because their ridiculous policy which I cannot understand at all. I tried to contact them by call and wanna listen what they can suggest me. The worst things are .. they didn't even know what they are doing and kept changing their words. Eventually, they connected me to an supervisor but the supervisor never showed up the call. How ridiculous!I wasted a lot of my time. I would say I will never go with this company.

Flight Hub is horrible! Do not book with flight hub! I had to cancel my parents flight due to a medical emergency which consisted of my mother staying in the hospital for 2 months. Flight Hub charged a cancellation fee which I totally understand and placed the remainder of the money as a travel credit on their account. What I don't understand is the "re-booking" fee that they surprising put on you when you try and re-book with them, 3/4 of my parents credit will be consumed by fees! Flight Hub customer service blamed the re-booking fee on the actual airline (Azores Airlines) and when I told them that I would call Azores Airlines myself they back pedalled and mumbled their way out of the topic. On top of these fees we are only able to use our travel credit as a 'round trip' and you need to make sure you choose your return flight by a certain date. All these rules to use OUR money but yet they think it's okay to consume most of OUR credit with fees! My experience with flight hub and their customer service has been horrible. I have spent hours on separate calls to get my point across and not one person understands. I would not recommend Flight Hub to anyone!!!

My mom had a very bad experience with them. She booked a flight and immediately realized there was a mistake in the name of the reservation so she called the number listed which claimed to be for things such as fixing misspelled information. After being on hold for probably half an hour she was told that they couldnt fix the mistake and her only option was to cancel and pay the $25 cancellation fee. But even that didnt work out because then they told her that since it was no longer the same day (which it was...) they couldnt cancel for her. This was ridiculous because she had literally phoned them before she got the confirmation email from them. Over all shes been on hold more than anyone has talked to her and they have been completely incompetent when she has been able to get a hold of them theyve been useless. Absolutely unacceptable.

Yesterday, I was making some flight arrangements using another well known discount website and just before entering my final purchasing information I decided to double check pricing on FlightHub - and I am so glad that I did. On an already discounted flight costing $225 ea. on FlightHub I was able to get the same flight for $179 ea. A savings for 2 of $92. Better in my pocket than someone else. And FlightHub was so easy to use. Thanks FlightHub. Much Appreciated!

Original Trip Dates: July 7, 2017 to July 9, 2017 (Toronto / Halifax)1) I cancelled this trip due to personal reasons and opted to receive a credit. I was originally informed that my credit would apply from one year of the travel date (July 7), and that at the time of re-booking I would be charged a $200.00 plus tax rebooking fee, and a $75.00 cancellation fee immediately. I agreed to both.Today, I was told by Macky, agent 3730, that I had been informed that the credit was valid from one year of booking date. I received no e-mail confirmation that detailed my credit and its validity - meaning, we can only go off what I was told or what your agent claims to have said at the time. I now realize that because your company exudes fraud and deliberately misleads clients, I should have recorded all conversations. 2) I called I believe in October to confirm again my credit and its validity. Again, was told credit valid from one year of original travel date. 3) I called on May 30, 2018 to confirm my credit and that I would be able to use it in the next few weeks as I was planning an upcoming trip (to the same destination). On that date, your documentation only states that I was informed of the credit amount. In addition, I was again told my credit is valid until July 7. I did not book at this time because I knew my credit was valid for another few weeks. This is the most absolutely telling part of the story - if I had been told that my credit was expiring the next day, I obviously would have booked at that time so as to not miss out on this credit. It is absolutely illogical that I would WAIT two weeks if I knew it was going to expire in that moment. I was also informed that day about the re-booking fee of $200.00 plus tax, and that I would be paying the difference of the credit and the new flight. I agreed to all this and was okay with it. Your customer service agent misled me that day by telling me my credit was valid until July 7, and not May 31 as I am now being told is the case. Even if I humour your alleged account of that phone call, which is that I (the customer) did not ask the date my credit was valid until (which is not the case, as it was the reason for my call), your company has an obligation to inform the customer that the credit would have expired the next day, correct? I would have absolutely booked on May 30, 2018 had I known my credit would expire. It is really that simple.I am extremely upset, hurt, and frustrated. Please know that this is not a complaint that I wish I was making as I have been on the other side as you are. I am not an unreasonable person simply fighting for the sake of fighting. I place the utmost importance on proper documentation, ensuring clarity and transparency in my purchases, and I do not intend on allowing this matter to go unresolved.
