Every time I have ordered flowers online from Roy Florist they have delivered to the destination on time and looked exactly like the photo. I wont use any other flower shop!
The owner and his associates has shown extreme rudeness. My mother went there hoping to get decent flowers and courteous service as one would expect. The flowers turned out to be nice, however, the delivery was delayed due to a mistake of one of the associates. When my mother expressed her dissatisfaction with the service, the owner allowed himself to raise his voice and belittle the issue. No apologies were offered whatsoever.

Ive never had the pleasure of dealing with this flower shop. But one thing i can say being a bussisnes owner. You cant please everyone. No matter how hard ya try there will always be that one that no matter what ya do they wont be happy. Even if you would have gave a full refund to the one customer. I promise you they would not have put a review saying. I delt with roys and had an issue and omg they were so good they gave me a full refund. Pfffft complainers.
