Beautiful arrangement. Suggest to use clear vase. We Thought that the flowers were stuck into a "foam" insert rather than in clear water.As a result we did not refresh the water often enough which I am sure reduced their freshness. Otherwise all good.
I had ordered flowers for my mom for Mothers Day (I live out of the country) and had always heard great things about Flowers Cornwall! I experienced a slight miscommunication about the flowers being left outside on the porch and I contacted Rob the owner by email in the evening after business hours. I almost immediately got a response and after a few back and forth emails we figured out the flowers had been left outside. I was very concerned about my mom not getting flowers and Rob ensured that she would get the delivery and ended up sending an additional bouquet to make sure she had flowers. I am so impressed by their flowers (the pictures are beautiful) and customer service, thank you for being my new go-to flower shop when I want to send mom a surprise!
